There are multiple ways to properly use MSM as a dietary supplement. Many people choose to use pure MSM crystals (as seen in video 1 below). However, we also offer MSM capsules which offer the same MSM, without fillers or flow agents, encapsulated within a vegetable capsule (as seen in video 2 below). Our capsules are an appealing method if you're traveling often and the bagged crystals are difficult to package, or if you just don't enjoy the potential bitterness associated with this supplement.

MSM continues to be researched via clinical studies for a wide array of benefits. While there are slight differences based on the desired outcomes, most studies have utilized a dosage of 3 grams up to three times per day. For this reason, we recommend starting around 3 grams and slowly ramping it up from there. This supplement has been found to be quite safe with a very low risk of side effects, even with very high dosages. However, as with all things, if you have specific medical questions, you should consult your primary care provider or pharmacist prior to using this product.

Hi Risa,
Thank you for your question regarding when to take MSM Organic Sulfur. We commonly encourage our customers to take our products with food, or after eating.
Question: Take the dissolved crystals on an empty stomach? Before, during,
or after a meal?
